Today was such a beautiful day in NWA. Tage woke up this morning at 6:30 a little earlier than usual. We did some stuff around the house, trying to get ready for the holidays. When Tage woke up from his morning nap we went to the car lot and Sams. We came home ate some lunch and Tage decided he was ready for his afternoon nap. Tim went for a bike ride and I was working on Christmas lights. When Tage woke up we went for a family walk. This was the first time Tage was in his stroller WITHOUT his car seat. He loved facing forward and just took in everything. We walked about 1.8 miles and he didn't fuss at all. He was in such a good mood. We came back to the house and took some Christmas pictures for our holiday cards. They turned out so cute. Everyone will have to wait to see them:) We are getting ready for bath time before long, tomorrow is going to be a busy day. We will be heading out Tuesday for the holidays and can't wait to see our families. It could be later in the week till we post again, we'll see how everything goes.

We just got home not long ago from the Christmas Tree lighting at the Fayetteville court square. Tage did great and was impressed with all the lights. They had a parade that we watched for a little and then Tim was on a mission to find the new cupcake store on the square. If it weren't for me he would have never seen it. We had two cupcakes and our total was over $6. I was expecting this huge cupcake and they were smaller than the ones I make at home. Needless to say we will not return. That's what usually happens when Tim picks places to try.(they usually stink!)

Just had an individual pull on the computer cord while I was typing I'm not going to name any names though. (2 legged boy)

Today I put up my Christmas decorations. Tage was pulling on the tree once we got it up. He seems to really like the lights on it. I have a sled that I want to get the boys in and take a picture. I have a Christmas outfit I want Tage to wear and then I want Buddy to act like a reindeer. If we get this picture it will be mailed out as our Christmas card for the year.

I am posting a lot of different pictures. Some are of Tage's new toys he got Friday,the Christmas Tree Lighting, our home Christmas tree, and his Levi Johnston center fold in the bathtub (haha). Sorry to all for not posting Friday. I have had quite a few complaints.

What a busy day!!!!! We went to the library this morning for story time/music session. Tage LOVED it. We sang songs, played with bells, and had a story about kitty cats. Tage rang his little bell till his face was red.... literally (he kept hitting himself with the bells but never cried so I guess it didn't hurt too bad) After the story the lady handed out stuffed kitties. I got one for Tage and he just stared at it and pulled its hair. Tage also checked out his first library books. We got seven......Nosy Rosie,Grandpas Soup, Going to Grandmas, The Doorbell Rang, The Growing Book, Getting Our Stuffed Animals Ready For Bed, and Going To Bed. All these book pertain to our life in some way.

Later in the afternoon we went and picked up some new toys for Tage. There were some ladies in our moms group selling some used toys for only $10. I thought this was a bargain. When we got home Tage was starting to get sleepy, but refused to lay down. After changing a diaper, having him cry himself to sleep (which didn't work), and feeding him more formula he FINALLY conked out. Tim and I both said when he gets older and throws a fit like he did he WILL receive corporal punishment. Tage did get some good news tonight.......HE IS GETTING A NEW UNCLE......UNCLE LEE!!!!!!!!! Yes, Tristen got a ring tonight (FINALLY!!!!!) We are SO excited and now we don't feel bad calling him Uncle Lee. I don't know if he knows what he is getting into with the Johns family:) CONGRATULATIONS anyway!!!!!! Well I am going to wrap this up for tonight.

Tage decided he was going to wake up this morning at 6:30. At first I was wondering how I was going to get his naps worked out, but everything turned out great. He was ready to go down for his morning nap at 8:30. I woke him up at 10:30 because we had a lunch date with our moms group at P.F. Chang in Rogers. He was such a good little boy while we were there. I only had to call him down a couple of times. He has found his voice and when he gets excited he just squeals at the top of his lungs. (today was the loudest he has every got) One of the mothers made a comment about how he has grown up so much from when we first joined the club. She thought it was so cute how he was talking to everyone. I was trying to get him to use his INSIDE voice, but he doesn't quite know what that is yet. The only thing that was catching his attention were the chop sticks. He wanted to hold them by himself and didn't want any help. I was so worried he was going to poke his eye out (at one point I thought what kind of mother gives there kids chop sticks to play with.......can you tell I am new at this)We had a great visit with the mothers and a good meal. Tage fell asleep on the way home, but awoke the minute I opened the car door. He played for a little and then decided around 3:15 he was ready for his afternoon nap. Tim just woke him up and is holding him while he (Tage) feeds himself. He is starting to hold his bottle, but has some problems every now and then. Well I am going to wrap things up and start some dinner. I think we are going to have croquettes (B wish you could join us!)

Well, I thought I should post something since I have received a couple of phone calls wondering where todays post is. Tage woke up this morning at 7:30. We dusted him room and put up some clothes that he has outgrown. Its amazing how quick they grow. Some of his clothes he hasn't even worn once. He played in his walker while I was cleaning. Buddy also joined us, but sat off in the corner. We hope to get our Christmas tree up this week. I can't wait to see how Tage reacts. I plan on putting some ornaments at the bottom that way if he wants to play with them he can. I also informed Tim that we are going to put up Christmas lights outside this year. He didn't seem to excited about that, but I told him this is Tages first Christmas. Tage just loves to look at lights, we are planning to go to the Christmas tree lighting this Saturday and hopefully get our picture taken with Santa(if the line is not too long).

Last night we had an incident at bath time. The little boy spotted the outlet while playing in his tub. He tried so hard to put his fingers in the hole. We had to finally put some covers over the outlet. He is growing up too quick and seems to be a very curious little boy.

We are getting ready for bath time I've got a little boy that isn't happy right now. He is sitting with his dad and they are TRYING to watch the Razorbacks play. I need to go and get the baby to bed for the night.

We are home and unloaded!!!!! We spent the weekend in Little Rock with cousin Annabell, Aunt Lt, and Uncle Sean. We had a great visit and stayed pretty busy with the two kids. Grandma and Grandpa Pollard came down last night to visit everyone. They stayed a couple of hours, ate pizza with us, and watched our kids (yeah!!!). Steph and I went on the pizza run and were able to get out of the house for awhile. The whole time we were there the TV channel was on football so we needed somewhat of a break from the kids and the men. Cousin Annabelle seemed to take more of an interest in Tage than what she had before. It was so cute watching the two of them interact with each other. Uncle Sean was a huge hit for Buddy this weekend. Sean had smoked a pork butt and when it came out of the oven Buddy got the bone. He knawled on that thing all day Saturday, we brought it home with us but forgot to get it out of the truck. (will have to do that now that I think about it)

I just put Tage down for his afternoon nap and Tim has gone to Sams to get diapers, formula, and shit tickets:) I am getting ready to take a nap myself. I am so tired. I just wanted to update the blog since I didn't get a chance to yesterday. Hope you enjoy the pictures!
